Lit de Mer is a bright, low‑alcohol Moselle white with a salty snap and limestone‑driven minerality. Made mainly from Elbling with touches of white/red Elbling and Rivaner, it’s all citrus peel, green apple, and wet stone, with a light body, crisp acidity, and a clean, seashell finish—refreshing, food‑friendly, and built for daytime sipping.
Lit de Mer, which translates to seabed, is a salty white high in acidity. It transports you to vineyard travels, friends and joyfullness. The story unfolds as you sip away, not quite slowly, when the bottle is gone before you know it.
