Paula Brut Nature

The essence of Paula is mostly captured in the idea of longing for the early days in Kaja her granny’s garden. Apple orchards, some older than a century, gave rise to the wish to craft a cider named after her great- grandmother. Out of respect for those ancient trees, the focus stays on minimal intervention and only uses the apples are picked from the ground just after they have fallen, ensuring only the ripest apples are used. Local apple sorts like Rambur, Erbachhofer, Triumph & Goldrenette were picked when ripen to full maturity. This dry cidre is excellent to share with friends on a summers day, it's dry, complex, yeasty and full of life.
